Purchasing Tickets (1). Salsa Cruise Party is organized by Dancing with Friends ℅ Waterfall Imports Pte Ltd (referred herein as the “Organiser”) (2). By purchasing a Ticket, the Ticket Purchaser is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Conditions (3) The Ticket purchaser must not sell, offer or make available for sale any ticket without approval from Organizer. (3). Only Event Passes purchased through the organizer, OFFICIAL WEBSITE WWW.SALSACRUISEPARTY.COM are considered valid. Please consult us at Team@salsacruiseparty.com before making any purchase from other website or third party.
(1). LOST OF TICKET You can always request copy of your ticket. It will be send to same email id used at time of purchased. (2). CHANGE OF EMAIL If you have change of email, you must send us order number & the name of the person (as per issued pass) to update new email address. We may ask passport information or bank statement for verification purpose.
PAYMENT (1). All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars. (2). Combo passes are quoted in USD Dollars (3). To make payment in any other currency please make payment equivalent to passes cost in SGD via Paypal to “firstname.lastname@example.org” + 4% of online fees (4). Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer, or credit/debit card online. NOTE: Once you select pass & checkout via paypal you will have option to either use DEBIT/CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL. To purchase any passes paypal account IS NOT necessary.
Rights to refuse entry:
(1). The Rules and Regulations of the cruise, event organiser or ambassador for which this ticket was purchased must be adhered to. (2). Cruise management & Organizer reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason without any compensation, including but not limiting to your past complains, behaviour etc. In such cases NO REFUND will be given for the ticket you have purchased.
(1). You must wear wristband all time, to access party, shows, venues, workshop. (2). The wristband can not be given or sold to another person. (3). If wristband is broken, please bring along and team will replace with new. (4). If wristband is lost, full amount will be charged (based on type of pass you bought) to issue new wristband
Refunds of Workshops Pass:
(1). WORKSHOP PASS purchased are strictly NOT REFUNDABLE but can be transfer to another person only if notified 2 months before actual date of event start date. (1a). CHANGE OF NAME in FREE if requested before 2 months from the date of the actual event. If changes are requested with in 2 months, $30 FEES should be paid for change of name in workshop passes. If change of name is for cabin, there will be no additional fees for workshop as it is already included in cabin fees of $100
Refunds of Cruise Cabins:
(1). FOR CRUISE CABIN cancellation there will be DWF admin fees of $100 per person + Cruise normal cancellation fees will be applicable. When cruise cabin is cancelled it will be cancelled for all guest staying in that cabin. Important Note: If you have purchased pass for 1 person and sharing cabin, the cancellation will only be allowed when we had find roommate to replace you. Incase if we cannot find the roommate, there will be cancellation for ‘1 person pass’. Alternate option will be if you can pass your cruise cabin to another friend at discounted rates & we will assit you with change of name
(1). Organizer reserves the right to make change, modify or alter the schedule, artists line up, program including terms & conditions without prior notification or compensation to you. In such cases no refund request will be entertained. The pass is purchased for entire event and not for individual artists, workshop or activities. Organizer may change the programme or offer new promotions, discounts which may be lower prices than tickets you have purchased. (2). The Organiser may contact the Participant during & after the event by email and/or SMS. Any email & promotions sent to the email address and mobile number registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant. (3). In the event that the Singapore Company of Waterfall Imports Pte Ltd event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer shall refund the purchase price of the Event Pass (not including online charges if any) and without any liability for further compensation. All these terms & conditions are governed under Singapore Law
Volunteers are very important to a successful event but do remember you are assisting during the event, not running the event. All volunteer must sign 'non-disclosure agreement' form. As volunteers enjoy special discounts & offer, in case where volunteers personal interest disturbs the team or event management, organiser have right to cancel the terms including all offers, promotions & deals. All the information before & after the event should be kept confidential, in any circumstance if information disclosed without prior information, you will be fine upto $2000 SGD or above
Photos & Videos consent:
(1). By entering the event premises, and participating in event activities, you give consent to media team to take interview(s), photographs, videos, etc throughout the event, and any of these material will ONLY BE used by organizer. Each participants, visitor, artist, etc. agrees the publication of his pictures and the film without any compensation. (2). All the material will only be publish by DWF official YouTube & Facebook channels. During the event the "MEDIA" team appointed by organizer are only allowed to cover the event. This do not apply to capturing individual moments or shows. The purchase of any pass do not allow you to cover the event or use for promotional purpose and individual channels.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by you and/or any third party(s) due to or arising out of your use of this website or breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
Organizer do not take responsibility for any damage or loss of property, and personal injuries or accidents during event. With your registration for the event, you accept those terms and conditions
All participants are responsible for their own health insurance during the festival in case of physical injuries and accidents
Use of Website:
Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use this website for purchase. * If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make any payment on the website and contact us to clarify.
The terms and conditions are valid for all type of pass(es) for the event and constitute the full agreement between the guests (pass holders) and the Organizer. By ordering pass(es) you accept organizer terms and condition
If event is not suitable for your dance type or the information provided is not enough, please contact us prior to purchase as all purchase are non-refundable.
